Our step by step process

The step by step process that we follow to undertake your customer research.

1. Discuss the areas of research that you would like to undertake – e.g. brand research, competitor research, buying criteria

2. Decide if you want to include any other particular areas of research

3. We build a bespoke survey using our market leading software and analytical package

4. We deploy the survey via an email link to your customers. n.b. we recommend an incentive e.g. a charity donation for each completed survey to increase response rates

5. We organise a follow up mailing to those who have not responded.

6. We analyse all of the responses and present you with a useful and actionable final report
